The Bilston Circuit covered Bilston, Bradley, Stowlawn and Sedgley and in 2007 consisted of 7 churches.

In September 2008 Methodism decided to have larger Circuits and an amagamation took place between Wolverhampton Darlington Street, Wolverhampton Trinity and Bilston Circuits.

The new Circuit which consists of 23 churches is called "Wolverhampton Methodist Circuit".
